OURsTORY

Island Thyme Grill is a fast casual restaurant inspired by flavors throughout the Caribbean, created by brothers Michael and Patrick Butigian. The concept behind Island Thyme Grill originates from a love of both Caribbean food and beach life. Growing up right outside Manhattan we had the opportunity of enjoying various Caribbean cuisines. Between experiencing these different cuisines, spending countless hours on the beach, and visiting different countries throughout the Caribbean, this influenced our vision of the cuisine, aesthetics and vibes of Island Thyme Grill. We want our customers to experience an environment in which they can relax, kick back, and enjoy the flavors of Island Thyme Grill. We encourage all to make Thyme for the Islands!
